Your first
Saturday.
Never been to non-league football? Good. Here's everything you need, and none of what you don't.

How Saturday goes.
Turn up whenever suits you. Most people get here for the bar, some just for kick-off. Either is fine.
Pints, tea, hot food. Grab a spot by the rail.
Line-ups go up on Instagram and by the bar.
A junior team forms the guard of honour.
Stand where you like. Swap ends at half time if you fancy.
Tea hut, raffle, and kids on the pitch.
Players come in for a drink.
Pay on the gate.
No booking needed. Pay at the ticket hut on the day.
From Leeds take the A660 towards Ilkley. Ben Rhydding Sports Club is on the right on Leeds Road, about 1.5 miles before Ilkley town centre. Plenty of parking at the ground, and overflow parking behind Moss & Moor garden centre (not their main car park).
Ben Rhydding station is 0.8 miles away. It’s 20 minutes from Leeds city centre and 3 minutes from Ilkley.
The X84 from Leeds city centre stops at the ground.
Bring the kids.
Seriously.
Every Ilkley Town junior player gets in free. There’s space to run about, and nobody minds a bit of noise.

Good to know.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn up and pay at the ticket hut.
Is there cover if it rains?
There’s covered standing for 60 and seats for 50. This is Ilkley, so bring a coat either way.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, on a short lead. Dogs aren’t allowed on the school fields around the 4G pitch.
Is there a programme?
Programmes are online only.
Can I buy club merchandise?
There’s no club shop, but merchandise is on sale at the ticket hut on matchdays.
Is there a bar?
Yes. The clubhouse is shared with Ben Rhydding Sports Club.
Is the ground accessible?
Message us before the game and we’ll sort anything you need.
